Sunflower Lecithin Liquid

Sunflower Lecithin is a by-product of Refined Sunflower Oil. Sunflower Lecithin can be used as a natural emulsifier, wetting agent, stabilizer, antioxidant and dispersing agent.

Sunflower Lecithin does not differ much from Soya Lecithin in physical and chemical composition. The benefit it has over Soya Lecithin is, it is allergen Free and 100% Non GMO as there are no genetically modified Sunflower Seeds.

Sunflower Lecithin is used in food, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, nutraceuticals and healthcare applications.
